A lovely riverside bungalow on the North East bank of the River Thurne, close to the amenities of Potter Heigham village. Offering stunning unobstructed river and open countryside views. With a south facing garden and 30ft of river frontage it is the perfect peaceful getaway for 2.
Willow is situated next door to Sunnyside and Upriver, therefore could be booked together for a larger group.

Outside Space
Patio doors from the living room gives access to a decked area. The rest of the garden is lawn with approximately 30 ft of riverfront where you may moor a hire boat if you wish. There is garden furniture including a table and chairs.
The ideal spot for fishing (seasonal & licence required) with a tackle shed in the garden.
Dog Welcome
1 well behaved small or medium dog is welcome at an additional cost of £35 per week. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the bed or furniture.
There is fencing to the rear where the access footpath is. The river frontage in unfenced so not to spoil the wonderful views. Parents and dog owners please note there is unfenced river frontage here, please take special care with children and dogs.

ACCESSIBILITY
Willow is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk – 730 metres* from the Old Bridge area along a narrow riverside path. Due to Willow’s location there is no vehicle access, only accessible by foot or boat. River Taxi Access can be arranged at an extra charge. A trolley is provided to help transport your luggage.
At times of extreme high tides the river path can be liable to flooding. It is advisable to bring wellies with you just in case.
There is 1 step up onto the decked terrace to enter the bungalow. Once inside, it is all on one level.
