Potters Rest is set in a stunning riverside location on the Ludham Bank of the River Thurne.   With 30ft of river frontage and a waterside garden you can relax and enjoy watching the boats go by and spotting some of our wonderful Broads wildlife.

30ft of river frontage with garden furniture.
From the garden you have unobstructed views of the river. There are wonderful views across the wide expanse of Norfolk Broads marshlands surrounding Potters Rest.

The ideal spot for fishing (seasonal & licence required).

Dogs welcome
Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £35 per dog per week (maximum 2 dogs).

There is fencing to the rear where the access footpath is.  The river frontage in unfenced so not to spoil the wonderful views.
Parents and dog owners please note there is unfenced river frontage here, please take special care with children and dogs.

ACCESSIBILITY

Potters Rest is approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk – 470 metres* from near the Old Bridge area along a narrow riverside path.  Due to Potters Rest’s location there is no vehicle access, only accessible by foot or boat.  River Taxi Access can be arranged at an extra charge. 

At times of extreme high tides the river path can be liable to flooding.  It is advisable to bring wellies with you just in case.

There are 2 steps up to enter the bungalow.  Once inside, it is all on one level.
