Paying for your holiday:
After selecting your holiday property, at the time of booking, you The Hirer are required to pay 25% of the full booking cost as a deposit.  Your holiday is not secure until the deposit is received.

Your full booking cost will be the full amount for your chosen holiday property, plus a £30.00 booking administration fee, and a fully returnable bond against damages, extra washing and extra cleaning of £100.00.

The balance of the full booking cost is payable at least 8 weeks before the designated start date for your holiday. If you book your holiday within 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is required on booking.

Full payment not received:
If you do not pay for your holiday in full within 8 weeks of your intended arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and your deposit will only be refunded to you, if the same week in the same property, you have booked, can be relet. Any deposit refunded will be reduced by a £50.00 administration fee. If another booking cannot be secured, there will be no refund.

Cancellation/Swap:
If you cancel or wish to swap your booked holiday week, and you have only paid your deposit, there will be a £50 administration charge incurred. Your deposit will be returned to you, less the £50.00 administration charge if the same week in the same property booked, can be relet.  If another booking cannot be secured, there will be no refund.

If you have paid the full amount for your holiday, the amount paid to The Agent will be returned to you the hirer, less a £50 administration charge, providing the same week in the same property booked, is relet. If another booking cannot be secured, the full amount already paid for your booking will be retained and you will only be refunded the £100.00 bond paid against damages.

The Agent will make every attempt to replace your booking should you need to cancel or swap your booked holiday week. It might be necessary to reduce the price or length of the booking to obtain a replacement and if consequently it is cheaper than the original booking, the cost of this difference will be retained as well as the £50 administration fee and you will only be refunded the difference plus the £100.00 bond paid against damages.

For example, the original booking was £600.00 including the damage bond. A relet is gained for £300.00, the refund will be £300.00 less a £50.00 administration fee and, £250.00 will be refunded to you.
