I’ve been coming to Patikipa since 2018. Have to say really is home from home.  Lovely little cottage everything you need. Fishing is excellent right there as soon as you open front door. Massive grassed area to fish or enjoy the scenery.  Also about 5 minute walk to pub and the Famous Lathams just a bit further.
If you want peace and quiet and amazing scenery it’s a must.

Thanks for another smashing two weeks.  Patikipa is a lovely cottage near to car park, it has a big front lawn on to river to chill while my hubby fishes. Everything you need, home from home really, 6weeks a year says it all ⛵️🐟🎣🌞

We have stayed in Patikipa a few times now. What a lovely quaint cottage so ideal for two. We find it cosy and what beautiful views. We would not stay anywhere else.

Another fantastic holiday in your beautiful Mill. Thank you so much. Our Grandson absolutely fell in love with the whole everything (he is 12). The Mill is gorgeous with your new kitchen and everything in it! No doubt we will be back, along with our grandson (not likely to get here without him!) So hope to see you again soon. Thank you xx

What a wonderful holiday. The Mill is outstanding. Sad to leave. Lots of wildlife too see and enjoyed daily trips out on the broads. The Mill has everything and more!

So enjoyed our stay here discovering the local history and how the mill, along with many others was part of that landscape. Beautiful quiet location, loved walking and using the handy boat to see the countryside and wildlife. A really unique place to stay – thank you!
