Riverside Holidays Ltd is an independent and long-established company offering holidays on The Norfolk Broads for over 50 years, under the ownership of the Bacon family.

Now, in 2026 Keith Bacon continues as a consultant and Riverside Holidays Ltd is now ran by Jan Withers.

Jan was born and still lives and works in the Norfolk Broads.  Jan has let out her own holiday properties for many years. Achieving very high occupancy rates, excellent reviews and many returning guests.

We at Riverside Holidays Ltd are committed to providing the very best holiday to our guests and to help our owners make a success of their holiday property.  Where we can, we try to use local folk who will really benefit from us offering them work and want to do their best for our owners.  We fully appreciate the need to keep all these costs to a minimum whilst at the same time providing the very highest standard of cleaning.  We need excellent reviews to reflect this, we need guests to rebook on departure and to tell their friends about us.

There are numerous regulations surrounding holiday letting and we will help you with this. As a member of PASC UK, The Professional Association of Self-Caterers, we are able to keep up to date with changing legislation.  Our aim is to make the letting of your property as stress free and financially rewarding as possible.

We offer 2 levels of service:

Service 1, a booking agent only 22% commission (no vat payable).

Service 2, a full management where you pay 26% commission (no vat payable) and we manage your property entirely.
