You will find 1 parking space directly outside the front of Wanderer.

Living Room
The bright and airy living room is on the first floor, accessed by a wide staircase. Here you will find:

Kitchen/Dining Area
There is a fully fitted kitchen.  Here you will find:

Bedroom
The ground floor bedroom features a Four Poster standard sized double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers and stool, a chair and 2 bedside tables with drawers. There is a Freeview TV.
From the bedroom you can access a private secluded enclosed patio garden with views across Broadland.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath with over head shower, sink and toilet.

Outside Space
You have two options for enjoying the outside space.  On the ground floor patio doors lead from the bedroom to an enclosed private paved garden area.  Here you will find 2 chairs and sofa for 2 with cushions available.

From the Living room on the first floor you can access the Decked balcony with views over woodland and the boats in the marina.  There is an outside sofa, table and chairs with cushions available.

The ideal spot for fishing is only 50 feet away (seasonal & licence required) with a small shed in the first floor balcony to store your tackle. Day & Picnic Boat and Canoe & Kayak hire is available from Sutton Staithe Boatyard just next door to Wanderer.

Dogs welcome
2 well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £35 per week per dog.

Both the downstairs paved garden and first floor balcony are enclosed.
Parents and dog owners please note there is unfenced river frontage approximately 50 feet from here, please take special care with children and dogs. Dogs must be kept on leads when walking through the Boatyard areas.

Additional Information

Please note due to Wanderer’s location and the Wi-Fi being from a mast – the signal can at times be intermittent.

Please be advised this property is next to a working Norfolk Boatyard, so not often but at times you may hear some noise. You will be most welcome to stop for a chat with Rob the boatyard owner , who features in some of our YouTube videos so you will be guaranteed an interesting conversation!
